What do I need to file a claim?

To get the fastest possible service, make sure to have the below items on-hand when filing a claim.

1. Your order number: Please have your order number ready. If you do not have it, you can find it one of 2 ways. You can either search your emails for your warranty receipt, or you can go to your my account page, by clicking here.

2. The Receipt for Your Item: When you ordered your warranty you uploaded a photo of your receipt. Please have the physical copy handy, because we might need more information than the photo captured, or may need you take a clearer photo.

3. Item Details: If we need to replace your item, knowing all the details about it will help speed things up. Depending on your item, we might need the IMEI/MEID number, serial and/or model number, as well as details such as brand, model, carrier, memory, color, size, etc.

4. Photos of the product damage: If we need to replace or repair your item, having photos ready to upload and send of the damage, will help the claim process tremendously. Please have all photos ready before you contact a claim specialist.
