Jacana Warranty offers customers accidental coverage and product breakdown coverage for the consumer goods. We offer the best service agreement in the industry with easy sign up and a hassle-free claims process.
You, the customer, are the priority when it comes to your purchase. Your warranty works for you, whereas most warranty companies restricts the customer on how they can handle their claim. Not to mention, we have the most competitive rates in the industry.
Depending on whether you bought a new item or a certified refurbished electronic item, will depend on the time. If your item is new, you have up to 60 days to purchase your warranty with us. If you have purchased a certified refurbished item, we require up to 30 days to purchase your warranty.

The great thing about our warranty plans is that we cover ALL makes and models for each category (just as long as your item has at least 90-day warranty for your new item or 30 days for refurbished). We wouldn’t want to restrict you to models.
We don’t cover intentional damage, loss, or theft. This falls under an insurance plan and Jacana is more of a warranty service. More detailed information can be found in our Service Agreement.

Your receipt is the important piece of the puzzle. It validates your item, OEM warranty and accuracy of your product.
There are ways to try to get proof of purchase of your item. You can contact the vendor that you purchased the item and ask them for a reprint of your receipt. You could also try to contact the manufacturer and they can look it up by the serial number or product ID.

For accidental plans, your warranty is in effect right away. Otherwise, depending on the term chosen, your warranty follows right after the manufacturer’s warranty. You can view the detailed specifications in your Service Agreement.
Yes. If you have purchased a certified refurbished item with at least a 30-day warranty, you’re covered.
Absolutely! The good news is that you can cancel your current extended warranty plan at any time.
